Employer Support Recognition Programme

In appreciation of your valued support, you are eligible for official recognition through the Employer Support Recognition Programme.

Recognition is based on achieving one of the following four levels of support:

Certificates are awarded annually at either regional or national ceremonies, depending on the level achieved.

The programme culminates with the prestigious New Zealand Employer of the Year Awards. This publicised, annual event is designed to formally recognise the outstanding commitment that employers have made to support Reserve Force employees.
