Junior Non Commissioned Officers Course
During this two week course, your employee will be exposed to situations which call upon them to improve and hone their skills in a range of areas such as:

Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Course
- Larger team leadership of 30+ soldiers

Army Reserve Officers
Army Reserve Commissioning Course
The seven week Army Reserve Commissioning Course provides Army Reserve Officer Cadets with the skills and experience required of an Officer in New Zealand's Army. This course includes:
- Practical application of the Principals of Leadership
- Managing Finances Effective Written Communication
- Effective Verbal Communication
- Administration Management Planning and Developing Training for 30+ soldiers
Further Courses
On graduation Commissioned NZ Army Officers are required to undergo further professional development courses for their respective rank. These courses further enhance their leadership and tactical planning capabilities in their roles as Officers. Many of the courses that they conducted, although military focused, are also applicable to the civilian sector where planning and co-ordinating large numbers of personnel and resources is essential.
