Army Reserve Officer
Army Officers are leaders and managers of soldiers. They are mature, capable people who are able to use their intellect and sound decision making skills to plan and execute tasks, while displaying the strength of character to inspire their soldiers to excellence.
As an Officer in the Army Reserve, you will receive world-class training that will equip you with the skills and ability to lead and command a Platoon of 30 soldiers both in training and on Overseas Operations.
Later on in your career, as you progress to higher rank, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage larger groups of soldiers and resources, and you may eventually rise to command a Sub-Unit (a Company sized formation of up to 100 soldiers), or even a Battalion of several hundred soldiers, containing several Sub-Units.
